Since its founding, THAE has served clients from different sectors, developing a wide range of projects in Brazil and China.
Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot disclose specific details of the activities carried out, but below we present an overview of some of the projects that exemplify our work.
United Imaging Healthcare

United Imaging Healthcare has chosen THAE Consulting to manage the legal and strategic aspects of the creation of its new entity in Brazil. In addition, Thais Moretz has been appointed as the company’s legal representative and administrator in the country, assuming all responsibilities before the Brazilian authorities. This partnership reflects the company’s confidence in our expertise.
MESCO Steel

Still little known in Brazil compared to companies such as Ansteel and Baosteel, MESCO hired THAE as a broker to present its product portfolio to potential clients under a commission model. THAE facilitated MESCO’s introduction to the São Paulo Metro, enabling the supply of steel sheets for the roofing of a new station. The order was successfully placed, paid for and shipped, concluding the project and ensuring THAE was paid for the service provided.
CCLPEC
(Project completed)
CCLPEC hired THAE, led by Thais Moretz, to map out bids for port modernization in Brazil. The goal was to eliminate intermediaries that increased product costs and allow the company to participate directly in the bidding process. THAE identified opportunities and assisted in the submission of proposals for projects in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Maranhão, including the supply of offshore loading arms for LNG terminals. The work also involved interactions with Brazilian companies such as ECMAN and ODEBRECHT, allowing the Chinese client to gain strategic knowledge and a valuable network of contacts.
HCI
(Project completed)
THAE led the entire process of incorporating the Brazilian company HCI in China. The work included obtaining all licenses to operate as a trading company, operational registrations, issuing a work visa for the legal representative, accounting supervision and legalizations required for its operation in the Chinese market.
